As part of these changes, Ken Tame & Associates joins a stable of brands owned by Insurance Investment group Envest, taking pride of place amongst brands like Club 4X4, a specialist off-road insurance distributor within Envest’s insurance agency business, Envest Direct Agencies (EDA). Coupled with our long-standing partnership with the CMCA, we are well placed to continue to provide valuable products and service to our customers and RV owners across the country.
I have been tremendously proud to be at the helm of this 20-plus-year-old business and team, I am doubly more excited now at the opportunities we have to be part of this broader group which brings with it more resources, specialties and relationships which will help us take this business to the next level.
We have a truly exciting roadmap of activity that centres around the RV enthusiast and I look forward to sharing more as things develop. In the meantime, as a result of our transition of underwriter, we have been able to make a couple of key revisions to our policy I am very excited to announce!
As a significant first step we’ve added laid-up cover to help support our clients who may not be travelling us much as a result of Covid lockdowns. This, along with addition of On-site cover were both items that we have had feedback from the market and have had intent to adjust for some time – I couldn’t be happier that we’ve been able to get these changes in as part of our new operating structure”
The launch of this newsletter and our Facebook site is just the start of our customer engagement activities. This is a very exciting step for us and ultimately we aim to give back to our current customers. We have various plans not only to communicate with interesting content, but also share with you exciting developments that we have planned, so stay tuned!
