We had a storm blow out our awning on a…

We had a storm blow out our awning on a Friday night and needed fixing contacted KT and was advised to either get quotes or have it fixed as we are travelling along east coast most places we’re talking about 2week wait however found company that would be able to replace it on the Monday however was a 100klm drive to get there Had awning replaced on the Monday put claim in for new awning and accommodation was processed and money in bank less excess within the week Well done claims department
