What a year it’s been! As we wrap up 2024, we’re wanted to take a moment to reflect on all the incredible wins that have made it such a standout for KT Insurance. It’s been a year full of growth, innovation, and, above all, a deepened commitment to protecting what matters most to you.
So, let’s dive in and celebrate some of the key milestones and achievements that made 2024 one for the books!
- Conversations That Count: Since March, we’ve been having more meaningful conversations with our customers than ever before. Our service team has handled an impressive 6,391 calls, while our renewals team managed 3,066, and our sales team absolutely crushed it with a whopping 11,823 calls! Each of these conversations has been a valuable opportunity for us to connect with you, hear your feedback, and learn more about what you need from us.
- Speedy Service: We know how important it is to get through quickly when you need us, and we’re proud to share that the average wait time for all calls to be answered were under 2 minutes! That means less time waiting on hold and more time on the open road.
- Claims That Matter: This year, we’ve processed 1,288 claims, each one helping our customers get back on the road and on with their lives. The average claim cost came in at around $9.5K, with the most common claim being windscreen damage, accounting for 44% of all claims. Following closely behind were impact with an object (19%) and collisions (13%).
- Online Quoting: October marked the launch of our brand-new online quoting system through the KT Insurance website, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive! You can now get an estimate quickly and easily from the comfort of your home. It’s just one more way we’re working to make your insurance experience as smooth as possible.
- National Rally in Mount Gambier: The 2024 National Rally in Mount Gambier was one for the books! We kicked off the event with a BBQ, cooking up over 1,000 sausages and 50 kg of onions—a true feast. Our trade stand was buzzing with activity all week, and we had a blast engaging with so many of you, sharing stories, and having a few laughs.

- Sponsorship: This year, we were proud to sponsor all major state and chapter rallies from CMCA. Whether it was a big state event or a smaller chapter gathering, we were there to show our support and enjoy the camaraderie that makes this community so special.
- Happy Hour Shelters at CMCA RV Parks: Nothing says community like Happy Hour, and we were thrilled to sponsor the Happy Hour shelters at CMCA RV Parks. Every day, the sheds became the heart of the park, filled with laughter, good company, and great conversation.
